Michael Collins, Flight Nurse

Michael is a full-time flight nurse at LifeFlight 4. He has been an R.N. for 6 years and is in his second year of graduate school at the University of South Alabama. He lives in Laurel, MS.

Tony Fleming, Flight Nurse

Tony is a part-time flight nurse at LifeFlight 4. He has 6 years of R.N. experience in the ED and ICU. He lives in Mobile, Ala.

John Glass, Flight Paramedic

Although he lives in Mississippi, John was born at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola. He has served in the U.S. Army and was recently the EMS director at George County Hospital in Lucedale, MS. John holds an associate's degree in theology and is pursuing his bachelor's degree in religious studies at Liberty University. He is a full-time flight paramedic at LifeFlight 4.

Johnan Hand, Flight Nurse

Johnan is a full-time flight nurse at LifeFlight 4. She has extensive experience in both the hospital and pre-hospital settings. Her past positions included a ground paramedic, flight paramedic, ER nurse, ICU nurse and NICU nurse.  She resides in Hattiesburg, MS.

Julie McClinton, Flight Nurse

Freddie Parker, NREMT-P, LifeFlight 4 Base Manager & Flight Paramedic

Mr. Parker graduated in 2003 with Paramedic A.A.S. Degree from Holmes Community College in Ridgeland Mississippi. He holds certifications in ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, and ADLS

Mark Roberts, Flight Paramedic

Mark is a full-time flight paramedic at LifeFlight 4 with more than 28 years of EMS experience. He lives in Wiggins, MS with his wife and children.

Rusty Shoultz, Flight Paramedic

Rusty is a part-time flight paramedic at LifeFlight 4. He has 17 years of EMS experience and 6 years as an ED RN. Rusty received his B.S.N. from Southern Mississippi University, and has returned to graduate school for nurse practitioner certification. He lives in Bay St. Louis, MS.

John Strickland, Flight Paramedic
John is a full-time flight paramedic at LifeFlight 4. He has twelve years of EMS experience and one year of nursing experience. He lives in Ellisville, MS with his wife and four children.
