Baptist Leadership Academy 

A Leadership Academy is under development that will provide opportunities for existing BHC employees with leadership potential to receive specialized assessment, training, mentoring and support to enhance their movement into leadership positions. While open to all employees with high leadership potential, special emphases will be given to ethnic and racial minorities and women.
