The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete and is only required to be taken once every 12 months. This new process is designed to help identify individuals who are the best “fit” for our Baptist Health Care culture and share similar values. Completing the Staff Assessment survey is required as part of the application process for current open positions. If you have any questions, please contact the Human Resources Department at 850.469.7332 Thank you!
