What led you to become a doctor?
Early childhood experiences led me to want to be there for patients in vulnerable situations.
What about being a doctor do you find most rewarding?
Reassuring patients about their diagnosis and accompanying them throughout their treatment.
What is something about you that only your patients would know?
I like to joke around and make them smile.
How would a patient likely describe you?
Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, always smiling
What's your proudest moment as a doctor?
Finishing my residency has been the best moment so far. I think because it means now everything else is up to me.
What do you find most encouraging about what you do?
I meet someone new every day, and by listening to stories, I learn a little about life as well.
What are your top priorities with every patient you see?
To improve their quality of life and make them feel at ease.
