Vicki Merold was an extremely good ARPN!! She spent a lot of her valuable time talking with my husband and me__explaining my medical situation in terms that we could understand and answered questions for us. I couldn't have had a more caring, thorough and knowledgeable provider. I am thankful to have had her. She also made 2 calls to me later to give me lab results and notify me of an upcoming test that would be scheduled for me.
