Dr. Wagner received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts, West Indies, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatchewan, Canada. She completed her residency at The Wright Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds membership with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
