Jay Hospital Welcomes Tiffany Chambers, APRN, FNP-BC, to Century Medical Center

Jay Hospital is pleased to welcome board-certified nurse practitioner Tiffany Chambers, APRN, FNP-BC, to its clinic at Century Medical Center. Chambers specializes in critical care and family medicine and provides quality, convenient care to Century Medical Center patients.

Chambers earned her Master of Science in nursing at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Pensacola State College in Pensacola. She has more than a decade of experience in health care, including leadership roles such as clinical manager, house supervisor and charge nurse. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Chambers welcomes new patients at Century Medical Center, located at 8401 North Century Blvd. in Century, Florida.
