Rauch Named Corporate Director of Critical Care Services


Baptist Health Care is pleased to announce that Michael Rauch, MBA, BSN, R.N., has been named corporate director of critical care services. He will be responsible for nursing practice and operations of the intensive care units and acute dialysis for Baptist Hospital in Pensacola and the intensive care unit at Gulf Breeze Hospital. 

Rauch joined the Baptist Health Care team in 2017 as the manager for the cardiology unit and central monitoring departments and has been successful in recruiting, streamlining operations and improving efficiency in telemetry monitoring. 

Rauch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Business Administration in health care management. He brings 18 years of experience in critical care, emergency and cardiology nursing and more than 10 ten years of experience in leadership and management to his new role. Rauch earned his nationally recognized nursing certification as a Nurse Executive in 2018.
