What about your line of work do you find most rewarding and why?
I find it most rewarding to provide answers to real problems that my patients have. Hearing a patient say “finally, I know what is wrong and what to do about it” means a lot to me. I believe in taking the time to listen to my patients so I can better understand how to help them achieve their personal health goals.

What can a patient expect when they have you as a provider?
My patients can expect to be educated on their disease process, that I am going to provide professional caring services to them and tailor their treatment plan to their specific needs and to be treated with the upmost dignity.

Do you have any specific medical interests?
I have a passion for digestive health, hormone health and thyroid health.

What are the top three most common services you provide?
Comprehensive patient assessments, chronic disease management and diagnosing digestive diseases.

What is the one thing about your specialty that most people don’t realize?
Gut health is fundamental to overall wellness; the gut microbiome, when it becomes unbalanced, is linked to chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes and inflammation throughout the body.

What aspect of your specialty is your favorite?
My favorite aspect about my specialty is educating individuals about gut health and helping them achieve their goals by adapting to long term habits.
