Jay Hospital serves the people of Jay, Century, Flomaton, Brewton, Milton, and the surrounding communities in northwest Florida and south Alabama area. Palliative Medicine - Looking for a full time/part time, BE/BC palliative medicine physician to join an established inpatient consult service split across two campuses, Baptist Hospital and Gulf Breeze Hospital. The interdisciplinary team, already in place, includes one APP, one social worker, two registered nurses, with collaboration across inpatient case management.
