Corporate Sponsorship Request

Baptist Health Care, a local not-for-profit healthcare system located in Pensacola, FL, is proud to support nonprofit organizations, events, or local initiatives that share our Vision to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. We focus our investments in three strategic areas including health, education and economic stability, and we are dedicated to support efforts that advance Baptist’s Mission of helping people throughout life’s journey.

Please review Baptist Health Care’s sponsorship criteria in full prior to applying. If your request aligns with the guidelines, please complete the application below and submit all supporting documentation at least 45 days prior to your event or funding need. Due to the high volume of requests Baptist Health Care receives each year, we are unable to support every opportunity. Therefore, each request will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following guidelines:

  • Alignment with Baptist Health Care’s Mission, Vision, Values and strategic priorities
  • Available funding
  • Timing of needed request

Baptist appreciates the many impactful organizations and initiatives that are working to improve the quality of life in our communities. While we strive to support many projects and events that align with our Mission, Vision, Values and strategic priorities, our resources are limited, and therefore not all requests can be approved. If your organization has previously applied, you are still eligible for future consideration unless the request was denied due to the inability to meet our eligible sponsorship criteria.

Please be as detailed as possible, providing all the relevant information about your request. Applications are requested for review at least 45 days in advance of your event sponsorship deadline.

Eligibility Requirements for Sponsorship Consideration

  • Requesting organizations, programs or events must contribute to improving the quality of life within our strategic priorities of health, education and economic stability. Special consideration is given to requests that serve our most vulnerable populations.
  • Organizations must hold a 501(c) designation determined by the Internal Revenue Service.
  • At least 90% of sponsorship funds invested by Baptist Health Care must benefit our local communities within Northwest Florida and South Alabama.

Funding is not provided for:

  • For-profit organizations or businesses
  • School-related requests, such as yearbook ads, school trips, sports teams or PTA groups
  • Church-related activities, unless the request supports a community program like a food pantry
  • Little league, recreational or municipal sports teams
  • Political candidates or campaigns
  • Capital campaigns, unless they specifically align with Baptist Health Care's strategic priorities
  • Organizations or events that discriminate based on age, sex, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability, including discrimination related to employment, volunteer participation or service eligibility
  • Organizations that are hosting fundraisers to benefit other nonprofit entities

We are dedicated to such efforts and designate sponsorship dollars to support diverse programs and events that support Baptist’s Mission to help people throughout life’s journey.
