I was very impressed with Dr. James Presley and his team. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Presley took the time to listen to me and my concerns before starting the examination. This made me feel comfortable and valued. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my well-being. After the exam, he didn't just rush through the results; he took the time to validate my concerns. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which helped me feel more confident about my situation. Dr. Presley also offered several options for treatment, showing his deep knowledge and experience. His compassion made a big difference in how I felt about my care. Overall, my experience with Dr. Presley and his team was excellent, and I left feeling reassured and supported. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and professional doctor.

Dr Presley is an excellent doctor. He is a professional at all times. He listened to me, ask me questions, told me what his thoughts were, explained what he would like to do and asked me if I had any questions. He then answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He kept me informed as he examined me and made sure that any of my questions were answered. I felt comfortable at all times while under Dr Presley's care. I plan on recommending Dr Presley to all my family and friends.

Dr. Presley is a superb doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He really takes the time to carefully listen to the patient and answer questions. An example of his great personal care is his asking Jenni Wood, a customer rep forViable, to contact me and help me obtain a badly needed brace that will supplement his treatment of my aching right knee.

Dr. Presley and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Presley demonstrates such professionalism along with a caring attitude. He caught me off guard when he apologized to me for not remembering that I had seen him before, even though it was a couple years ago. He said he prides himself on remembering his patients, which is certainly impressive given the amount of patients he must see. I very much appreciate him and his staff.
