Understanding Fatherhood is a FREE class designed to prepare new and expectant fathers for the
journey of fatherhood, from pregnancy through early parenting. The training covers topics such as the
importance of father involvement, supporting a partner during pregnancy and labor, newborn care,
bonding, emotional health and long-term parenting roles. The purpose is to equip dads with practical skills and confidence, helping them build stronger relationships with their children and families.
