Baptist Behavioral Medicine Names New Director of Operations

Darcy Hicks, R.N., has been promoted to director of operations for Behavioral Medicine at Baptist Health Care. She previously served as clinical manager for behavioral administration and assistant director of nursing for Behavioral Medicine at Baptist. 

Hicks earned her associate degree in nursing from Pensacola Junior College (now Pensacola State College) and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She has been a registered nurse for 25 years and brings more than 14 years experience in behavioral health to her new role.
