What led you to become a nurse practitioner?

I have always been passionate about helping people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Urgent care allows me to provide timely treatment, education, and reassurance when patients need it most.

Patients can expect compassionate, thorough care, clear communication and someone who will listen carefully and work with them to create the best plan for their health.

What are your top priorities with every patient?

Listening first, providing safe and evidence-based care and making sure each patient leaves feeling informed and supported.

What is the one thing about your specialty that most people don’t realize?

Urgent care is more than quick visits; it’s about providing high-quality, compassionate care efficiently while helping patients navigate their overall health needs.

What is the biggest myth or misconception about your specialty?

That urgent care is rushed or impersonal. In reality, we focus on efficient but thorough care and strong patient education.
