Baptist Urgent Care can provide the following services:

• Minor illnesses, minor injuries
• School examinations
• Sports physicals
  • ECG (Electrocardiogram: completed for sports physicals at an additional fee.)
• Routine immunizations
• Laboratory tests - Rapid Point of Care CLIA-waived testing ONLY
• Prescriptions - Do not prescribe narcotics/controlled substances
• X-rays
• Specialist referral
• Day Care Physicals - please bring the day care physical form
• Ages 1+ welcome

• COVID (do not prescribe Paxlovid)
