Highlighting Nurses and Health Care Weeks During Our 75th Anniversary
As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we reflect on what has made these years impactful and meaningful: the people who serve, care, lead and support our Mission every day. Our Nurses Week and Health Care Week celebrations during this milestone year making it a fitting time to recognize all team members and supporters—Then, Now and Always—who are the heart of our organization.
Every day, physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, caregivers, support team members, volunteers and others deliver compassionate care. More than 4,700 clinical and support team members work across roles, settings and locations to provide patient-centered care. Whether at the beside or behind the scenes they ensure Baptist Health Care remains a trusted partner in care.
As the only locally based health system in the area, Baptist Health Care’s legacy has been shaped by generations of people who understand the unique needs of this community. That local insight—paired with compassion and skilled care—has driven the organization through decades of growth and change.
